3.1 Curriculum  The K-12 curriculum in the Philippines is a 13-year program that includes kindergarten through 12th grade. It aims to prepare students for college, employment, and entrepreneurship. Teaching Methods: Creative and Interesting The observed teacher was committed to fostering an engaging learning environment. Instead of traditional drills, the class often used game-based learning, promoting quick decision-making, teamwork, and physical activity.  Incorporating music and rhythmic movement into warm-ups made physical activities enjoyable and helped students improve coordination. The teacher also differentiated instruction; for example, during push-ups, students could opt to do them on their knees or against a wall, catering to varying fitness levels. Additionally, students were given choices in group formation and activities to encourage participation. Learning Materials and Innovation: Technology Based The PE class integrated technology extensively by using a TV instead of relying solely on verbal instructions.
